Today is officially the start of spring break vacation for my girl and for me. You do not know how I have waited for this day. No more long 60 minutes classes for a whole calendar week.

Since today is a happy day and the outset of spring interruption I thought I would share with you this easy and delicious salad.

This "jump" salad is made in no fourth dimension at all and the flavors really go well together. I honey how the red apple add a sweetness factor into the salad, as well as texture. Information technology is something yous must attempt.

Too the boiled eggs add creaminess and the potatoes just circular everything upwardly. This salad is perfect to welcome spring and to have a special dish for your Easter gathering.

 The ingredients are very simple since you most likely have all of it at abode already. The "dressing" is just mayonnaise and mustard, with a pinch of common salt and pepper. How like shooting fish in a barrel is that?

• 4 medium potatoes / 4 papas medianas
• 3 eggs/ iii huevos
• common salt / sal
• pepper/ pimienta
• 1 red apple/ una manzana roja
• 2 table spoons of mayonnaise/ 2 cucharas de mayonesa
• i tablespoon of yellow mustard/ una cucharada de mostaza

1. In a pot add the eggs and cook for xv minutes/ en united nations sarten ponga los huevos y cocine por 15 minutos
2. In a dissimilar pot add the potatoes and cook for 30 minutes add 1 tablespoon of table salt / en otro sarten ponga las papas y cocine por 30 minutos, agregue 1 cucharada de sal
3. Let information technology cool a fleck once both are finished cooking/ deje que se enfrie un poco cuando los dos esten de cocinar
4. Now cut the potatoes, eggs and apple into bite chunk pieces and add the mayonnaise and mustard along with the salt and pepper(teaspoon each). Mix very well and enjoy.
5. Ahora corte las papas, huevos y manzanas en pedazitos y agregue la mayonesa y mostaza, tambien la sal y pimiento(ane cucharadita ambos) Mezcle muy bien y disfrute!

Hoy es oficialmente el inicio de las vacaciones de primavera  para mi hija y para mí. No sabes cómo he esperado este día. No hay clases de una hora más larga en toda una semana, que rico!.

Como hoy es united nations día feliz y el inicio de las vacaciones de primavera pensé en compartir con ustedes esta ensalada fácil y deliciosa.

Esta ensalada de "primavera" se hace en ningún momento y los sabores realmente van bien juntos. Me encanta cómo la manzana roja añade el cistron dulzura en la ensalada, así tambien como la textura. Es algo que tienes que probar.

También los huevos cocidos añaden cremosidad y las papas combinan todo junto. Esta ensalada es perfecta para recibir a la primavera y tener un plato especial para su reunión de Pascua.

Los ingredientes son muy simples ya que lo más probable es que todos los tengas en casa ya. El "dressing" es solo mayonesa y  mostaza, con una pizca de sal y pimienta. ¿Qué tan fácil es eso?

Los sabores son increíbles juntos!

• salt / sal
• pepper/ pimienta
• 1 red apple/ una manzana roja
• two tabular array spoons of mayonnaise/ 2 cucharas de mayonesa
• 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard/ una cucharada de mostaza

1. In a pot add the eggs and cook for 15 minutes/ en un sarten ponga los huevos y cocine por 15 minutos
2. In a dissimilar pot add the potatoes and cook for 30 minutes add together 1 tablespoon of salt / en otro sarten ponga las papas y cocine por thirty minutos, agregue 1 cucharada de sal
3. Allow it cool a bit once both are finished cooking/ deje que se enfrie un poco cuando los dos esten de cocinar
4. Now cut the potatoes, eggs and apple into bite chunk pieces and add together the mayonnaise and mustard along with the table salt and pepper(teaspoon each). Mix very well and enjoy.
5. Ahora corte las papas, huevos y manzanas en pedazitos y agregue la mayonesa y mostaza, tambien la sal y pimiento(i cucharadita ambos) Mezcle muy bien y disfrute!
